These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or by placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you want to ask us anything about our terms and conditions or have any comments or complaints on or about our website please email us at or call us on 07748833780.  The website is operated by Sunnyview Flowers.  We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this post. You should check for changes as they are binding. If you do not agree to any of the following you should not continue to use this website.


Ordering online

Please place an order with us by ordering via our online shop or by contacting us over the phone.

We will send you an order confirmation, detailing the product(s) you have ordered.

Our confirmation of an order takes place when we receive notification of your payment. We will then despatch your order unless you have notified us that you wish to cancel, and we have agreed to such changes.

We may refuse to accept an order if goods are unavailable, we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, if there has been a product pricing or description error and/or if you do not meet the eligibility set out in our terms and conditions.

Whenever possible we will send flowers similar to those seen on the website photograph. If we do have to substitute flowers due to lack of availability or seasonality, we reserve the right to replace flowers of equal or higher value without notice. Should something be completely unachievable, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the address and the postal code and telephone number of the recipient. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you. Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given.

V.A.T. is included at the current rate, presently 20%, on all applicable products on this site. The price shown for the goods does not include postage and packing unless specifically stated.


Credit/Debit Card Processing

For the processing of your credit/debit card transactions we use Sagepay, one of the U.K.'s largest on-line payment processors, PayPal, which operates in 190 global markets and has over 164 million accounts and Google Checkout which is another global card processor. Using these three secure on-line payment systems, we are able to accept payment via all the major credit/debit cards, including American Express, and most currencies, including Pounds Stirling, Euros and U.S, Canadian, Australian and Hong Kong Dollars.  (Please see our "PRIVACY POLICY" at the bottom of this page)

Delivery and Postage

Our delivery service is approximately 10 miles from Nantwich and delivery is within 1-2 working days and on a day/time that we discuss with you.  Delivery times fall between Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays.
You will always receive an email confirmation of your order and if there is ever a problem despatching your order due to extreme weather conditions or "Acts of God" we will telephone or email you to advise of a new delivery date, at which point you can choose to be fully refunded.  Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating that delivery was attempted. The delivery person may, at their own discretion, leave with a neighbour or other safe place, however, the recipient or the sender may have to re-arrange for collection or re-delivery of the flowers at their own expense.  Delivery of non-floral products without any accompanying flowers or plants is not possible. For example, we will only deliver a box of chocolates and a balloon when accompanied with a flower bouquet or plant arrangement.  If ordering new baby flowers to the family home, please check the family have returned from hospital before placing your order to avoid the flowers being delivered prematurely.


Cancellations and Refunds

Should you need to cancel or amend your order please notify us as soon as possible by telephone on 07748833780, at least 24 hours before the delivery date. If your order has been dispatched, you will be fully charged.  Due to the perishable nature of flowers any complaints, refunds or replacements will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please phone 077488337806 or email telling us any problems you may have with our service.  All other gift items are thoroughly checked for any kind of fault or failing before they are despatched, to make sure that your order arrives in pristine condition. Please check all goods on arrival and if a fault is detected please contact us. We will organise a replacement or refund (including return postage) upon return of the faulty item(s).



You must agree that any messages you pass on through us will not be deemed by the recipient, in any way, harassing, threatening, vulgar or abusive. You are entirely responsible for the content on personalised messages, we do not screen messages but may monitor content and reserve the right to refuse the delivery of any message that seems wholly unsuitable or objectionable.



We endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control.  While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.



No part of this website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic or other retrieval system or service without our written permission beforehand.  Other than personally identifiable information any material you transmit or post to this website or supply to us in relation to this website will be considered non-confidential. We will have no obligations in relation to such material.  Links to third party websites on this Website are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave this website. We have not reviewed all of these and cannot accept responsibility for these websites, their content or availability.

The Website may provide communication tools such as email, bulletin boards, chat areas, news groups, classifieds, forums and/or other message or communication facilities ("the Services") designed to enable you to communicate with others. Unless stated otherwise the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use only.  You will not use the Website/Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. If we have promotions available, we will gain absolute consent from the recipient before using their contact email address for promotional purposes, we know what it is like to be bombarded with "junk" emails and this will definitely not happen from this site. We use the highest commercially available 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology.


Financial Information

WE NEVER SEE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. Once you have entered your delivery information you leave our site and are transferred to an On-line Card Processor. We use Wixpayments and Paypal to process your credit card payments. They are three of the largest on-line card processors in the UK and International markets with huge experience and great track records.

Users 16 and Under

If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission before you provide personal information to Sunnyview Flowers website. Without this consent you are not allowed to provide us with any personal information.
